Cooley Mazda and VW

Major renovations more than doubled the size of an aged dealership. The double height Mazda Showroom and sweeping curved canopy hung from the entrance tower create soaring drama from inside and out.

Kenwood Ave

Although the original brick facade of the original steel framed industrial building was deemed irreparable and removed, the original profile was recreated in cedar, with a two-sided parapet gable added at the entrance. The interior height permitted a mezzanine in one of the tenant spaces.
