Malcolm’s
Malcolm’s, a new restaurant in an historical building in Schenectady, features a fully open Kitchen, with some diners seated right at a bar counter overlooking the chef at work. Barn siding, concrete countertops and Edison filament light bulbs help create an authentic experience for Malcolm’s farm-to-table cuisine.
Loudonville Kitchen Renovation
Classic white millwork and veined marble Kitchen renovation, with dark-stained floor for contrast, overlooking the golf course.
Hunter Mountain Family
A 1960’s motel re-purposed as part of a residential compound for a very large and growing family. New windows and siding, balconies redesigned as timber walkways, and new timber gables added to break up the typical long motel roof.
Lake Placid Camp
A new Adirondack-style getaway just outside the Village of Lake Placid. The owners insisted on bold, bright red windows from day one.
Tudor Revival
This classic 1920’s Tudor Revival was a bunker of constricting 18” thick masonry walls. Removing a stair and wall opened up the dark 10’ x 10’ Kitchen to a small but bright Breakfast Addition. The Kitchen was gutted and re-imagined as a period design.
