The Gables

This project consisted of 25 Arts and Crafts-style luxury twinned single family town homes, carefully sited in the center of the Village of Delmar, NY. These large homes fit neatly into a highly disciplined site design. The project is located within a couple of blocks from stores and the local library, makings this a true “new-urbanism” project.
