Wallant’s residential design projects begin with a discovery phase.  The clients present their wishlist, and examples of their design preferences, and the construction budget. These are brought progressively into alignment throughout the design process.

The Wallant team goes the extra distance to produce detailed and coordinated construction documents, so the photos of the completed project look like the original concepts. Our drawings leave little opportunity for uncertainty so contractors can accurately identify costs at the outset and extras are minimized.
